Meet our Senior Leadership Team


Our leadership team brings together decades of experience across recruitment, executive search, marketing and HR. Day to day, the business is led by Joanne, our Managing Partner, alongside Ellen, Head of Private Sector, and Donald, Recruitment Director. Co-founders Ryan and Graham add a wealth of commercial and digital recruitment insight, and helped shape the way we work from the very start.


Between them, they've worked with everyone from public bodies and blue-chip brands to fast-growing start-ups across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US. What unites them is a shared belief that great recruitment is built on honesty, partnership and real care for clients and candidates alike.
