I’m a Talent Lead at Conscia Talent, specialising in delivering high-impact recruitment solutions through our RPO partnerships, with a particular focus on the engineering sector.

In my role, I work closely with client stakeholders to design and deliver scalable hiring strategies that support complex engineering environments. I focus on building strong talent pipelines across key disciplines, ensuring businesses can access the specialist skills they need to grow, innovate, and deliver critical projects.

Through our partnerships, I combine strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment delivery - managing end-to-end hiring processes, improving candidate experience, and driving data-led talent decisions. My approach is centred on partnership, transparency, and long-term talent sustainability rather than transactional hiring.
