About the Framework

The Government Commercial Agency (GCA), formerly the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), renamed from 1 April 2026, runs framework agreements that let public bodies procure specialist services from pre-approved suppliers, without needing to run a full tender for every appointment.

Executive & Non-Executive Search 3 is the current agreement covering executive and non-executive recruitment.
