What this Framework Is
The Government Commercial Agency (GCA) — formerly the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), renamed from 1 April 2026 — runs framework agreements that let public bodies procure specialist services from pre-approved suppliers, without needing to run a full tender for every appointment.
Executive & Non-Executive Search 3 is the current agreement covering executive and non-executive recruitment.
Conscia holds a place on Lot 1: Executive Search, covering:

- Equivalent grades across the NHS
- Equivalent senior roles across the wider public sector
