About the Role
This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of our recruitment team. From coordinating interviews for national regulators and government agencies to supporting interview panels, managing candidate communications and keeping recruitment campaigns on track, no two days are the same. You'll be the person who keeps everything organised, anticipates what's needed next and ensures every campaign runs seamlessly. What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
· At least two years' experience in a busy administrative role.
· Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
· Strong written and spoken English and good numerical skills.
· Excellent IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
· A proactive, can-do attitude and the willingness to turn your hand to whatever needs doing in a small, supportive team.
· Strong project and campaign coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep recruitment campaigns on track from start to finish.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· A proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to meet deadlines, taking ownership to ensure nothing slips.
· Sound judgement, common sense and a strong work ethic.
· A full driving licence and access to a car, as occasional travel between offices and client sites may be required.
Previous recruitment or HR experience, would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
What You'll Do
You'll support the delivery of recruitment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, candidates and interview panels.
· Coordinate multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
· Schedule interviews and manage candidate, client and panel communications.
· Prepare interview packs and campaign documentation.
· Support Panel Chairs and coordinate interview notetakers.
· Take confidential interview notes when required.
· Coordinate candidate feedback and campaign updates.
· Maintain recruitment systems, candidate tracking and campaign records.
· Manage recruitment inboxes and respond to enquiries.
· Prepare job adverts and coordinate advertising campaigns.
· Ensure all campaign documentation is complete, compliant and audit-ready.
· Produce reports and identify opportunities to improve processes .
