At Dublin Bus, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead organisational change for our Next Generation Ticketing (NGT) programme.
The successful candidate will work closely with the National Transport Authority and senior stakeholders across the business to design and deliver end-to-end change strategies, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications and training.
- Lead change planning and readiness for a major, multi-stakeholder transformation
- Ensure new systems and ways of working are successfully embedded across the organisation
- Drive stakeholder engagement, leadership buy-in and effective communications
- Coordinate training delivery
- Support governance, reporting and programme delivery within a high-performing PMO
Key Requirements:
- Proven change management experience in complex environments
- Strong influencing, communication and leadership skills
- Experience with recognised change frameworks (e.g. PROSCI, ACMP)
- Comfort working with senior leaders, unions and operational teams
