Conscia Talent is seeking a professional, proactive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment and executive search assignments across our public sector client base.


This is a fast-paced hybrid role requiring someone with strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and the confidence to take initiative in a busy and demanding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity, supporting candidates and clients, and maintaining a consistently high standard of service.


Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, job advertising and reporting.
  • Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and market research.
  • Organise interviews, assessment activity, meetings and recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across recruitment systems, ATS and CRM platforms.
  • Support consultants, clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal quality standards.
  • Provide professional office and client support, including onsite coordination when required.
  • Proactively identify issues, manage competing priorities and help keep campaigns on track.


Essential requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, administration, client services, professional services, or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards or similar sourcing tools.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel when required.


Working arrangements

  • Based at The Masonry Building, Dublin
  • Minimum 3 days per week onsite
  • Flexibility for additional onsite support during interviews, meetings or events
  • Occasional travel to client sites and other offices
