We are now seeking a Senior Talent Specialist to join our expanding international delivery team. This is a senior, hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, enjoys search and sourcing, and wants to play a key role in scaling multi-market recruitment delivery.
Working Arrangements: We have offices in Dublin, Belfast and Derry/Londonderry, and currently operate a hybrid working arrangement with all stafff. Other arrangements may be possible for the right candidate, after discussion. .
About the Role
As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will lead the sourcing, engagement, and placement of high-calibre candidates across a variety of industries and global regions. You’ll translate client briefs into targeted search strategies, conduct in-depth market research, and manage end-to-end candidate pipelines across different time zones.
This role is heavily focused on delivery, search, and sourcing, with responsibility for supporting international client growth and ensuring excellence in every campaign. You will collaborate closely with our Managing Partners and Client Management team, working as part of a small, ambitious, and supportive team with a challenger mindset.

Key Responsibilities
International Talent Delivery
- Lead the delivery of recruitment and executive search assignments across global markets.
- Translate complex client briefs into targeted sourcing plans and multi-channel search strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across diverse industries and regions.
Global & Domestic Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through direct search, digital tools, and market mapping.
- Conduct screening, competency discussions, and candidate assessment aligned with client needs.
- Manage candidates through the full end-to-end process, ensuring an exceptional experience.
Market & Client Development
- Support the expansion of Conscia’s international footprint across new regions and sectors.
- Strengthen client relationships by delivering high-quality, consistent, and reliable service.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-market collaboration.
Operational Excellence & Innovation
- Use data, analytics, and insights to inform sourcing decisions and improve delivery performance.
- Leverage technology, AI-assisted sourcing tools, and digital platforms to scale delivery efficiently.
- Contribute to process improvements, delivery frameworks, and best-practice methodologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Managing Partners, Consultants, and the Client Management team.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients across countries and time zones.
- Support multi-market campaigns, talent pools, and international project planning.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or a similar role.
- Excel in sourcing, search, and candidate engagement especially for niche, senior, or international roles.
- Are commercially minded, delivery-focused, and comfortable managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Enjoy working autonomously within a small, high-performing team.
- Are naturally curious, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication and relationship skills.
- Are adaptable and willing to step into different scenarios or client needs as they arise.
- Bring a positive, energetic approach aligned with our Work Happy culture.
Experience across international markets is an advantage but not essential.
